Senger Group opens new body and paint center<\/strong> [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ z_index_tablet=”500″ box_shadow_horizontal_tablet=”0px” box_shadow_vertical_tablet=”0px” box_shadow_blur_tablet=”40px” box_shadow_spread_tablet=”0px” global_colors_info=”{}”]In spring 2021, the Senger Group opened a new Starlack body and paint center for all Senger car dealerships in Hesse at its site in Rosbach vor der H\u00f6he (Hesse). A new administration building and a distribution center for spare parts have been built at the same 12,000 m\u00b2 site. The new paint center is one of the most modern facilities in Europe thanks to its high level of digitalization, perfect processes and high energy efficiency. The paint store was equipped by SEHON Innovative Paint Systems. SEHON supplied the entire system technology: paint booths and dryers, multifunctional paint booths and workstations, universal preparation stations, spot repair workstations and central supply terminals. Everything from a single source and in unique SEHON quality from the industry’s technology market leader. For the new paint center, maximum energy efficiency, sustainability and future-proofing were fundamental and decisive requirements for the Senger Group. SEHON impressed with a holistic concept that more than fulfilled all of the customer’s requirements and wishes. Not only do all the systems and equipment excel in terms of maximum energy efficiency. In the case of paint booths, for example, this can mean up to 80% less energy than comparable standard booths. SEHON customers now rely on holistic energy management. In concrete terms, this means, among other things, the integration of CHP units, which, depending on the design, lead to a high degree of energy self-sufficiency for the customer; in the new plant, this value is 80%.
