hanseLack, Bremen<\/strong> has state-of-the-art high-tech paint shops thanks to the new construction of its own body and paint store at Europaallee 18 in 28309 Bremen. SEHON paint booths and dryers not only deliver top quality, but are also particularly economical in terms of energy consumption. This is mainly due to the unique SEHON unit and control technology with integrated energy-saving modules and year-round heat recovery. The paint booth has special dimensions so that even larger vehicles other than normal cars can be painted without any problems (e.g. vans, SUVs, motorhomes). In addition, 2 dryers (double dryers) with a fast, convenient air extraction system ensure high efficiency. All bodywork and preparation workstations are equipped with supply terminals that simplify and speed up work processes. A rail system (cross transfer) ensures that the vehicles can pass through the entire process chain manually without a motor drive. Also new at hanseLack is the CAMELEON bodywork workstation for aluminum, steel and carbon, which allows vehicles with mixed construction methods to be processed easily and safely.         CAMELEON bodywork workstation<\/h3>\n

        The new CAMELEON bodywork workstation is a multi-material mix bodywork workstation for all necessary work such as welding, cutting, sawing, grinding, gluing, riveting, fitting, pulling, shaping, vacuuming and cleaning. The economic and technical background to this innovation: body stores and vehicle workshops have to adapt to the special features of mixed construction methods in accident repair. <\/p>\n

        The basic version of CAMELEON includes a tested and approved curtain system with a choice of transparent strip colors, LED lighting with at least 900 lux, a welding fume extraction system on the left or right, a technical rear panel for the extraction and filter technology, integrated tool cabinets with separate steel and aluminium tools, various shelves and storage spaces and a central supply terminal for all media. The workstation can be operated in recirculation and exhaust air mode. <\/p>\n

        Optional equipment features include a roof ventilation system for smoke residues and fumes, a second welding fume extraction system, aluminum and steel tools, hand tools and consumables, special tools, lifting platforms and straightening benches.<\/p>\n
