The specialist paint store was founded in 1993 by J\u00f6rg M\u00f6hrle (training as a car painter, 1991 master craftsman’s certificate in the paint trade). Originally founded as a pure paint store, the company was expanded in 1995 to include accident repairs. Today, the range of services includes accident service, painting, car glass and hail damage. In line with the motto “We paint everything but fingernails”, M\u00f6hrle not only gives design studies for the automotive industry their finish. Special projects, prototypes from product designers and a wide variety of objects from airplanes to racing cars to excavators, even bears and cows are a welcome addition to the day-to-day business with vehicles. <\/p>\n

Modernization, energy optimization and expansion of the paint store<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Together with SEHON, the specialist company has further expanded its energy optimization. The existing paint shop was fitted with a new heating coil and a new control system (monovalent heating with SE-\u00d6coConnect\/hot water). A CHP unit was also supplied and installed. SEHON was allowed to expand the paint store with a modern drying system. The dryer (new unit, also with PWW heating coil) was installed directly on the wall of the existing paint booth. The existing roller shutter was dismantled and reinstalled on the new dryer. Sustainability: At SEHON, good things that can still be used are not simply disposed of, but reintegrated where possible and practical. The existing cross-drawer can also continue to be used thanks to the direct connection to the paint shop. The entrance and exit door is designed as a folding sliding door with full-surface double glazing. This is based on a robust aluminum frame and mullion construction. Intermediate gate as a side folding sliding gate. The existing side roller shutter and the support beams for the overhead unit had to be dismantled and reassembled. The dryer is equipped with filter monitoring (pre- and ceiling filters). In addition, the control system for the paint shop with additional dryer was renewed in conjunction with the new drying system, including renewal of the electrical wiring.<\/p>\n
