Cokalp – Car paint studio, 31137 Hildesheim

For more than 20 years, everything on the 10,000 m² site in Hildesheim has revolved around excellent results in paintwork and accident repairs. Company founder Fahri Cokalp is known far beyond the city limits of Hildesheim, not only because of his exquisite Japanese garden on the workshop premises, but also because of his professional and personal class. His son Kerem Cokalp has been part of the management team for ten years and has been running the company extremely successfully since 2009, laying the foundations for the company’s expansion over the past five years. The 45 or so employees are professionals, some of whom have been part of the team for decades and identify with the company’s mission day in, day out. Further training and team coaching support the pursuit of perfection and class. This pursuit is like a perpetual motion machine – it never ends. – The art of perfect paintwork is the interplay of know-how, technology, craftsmanship and that little bit of passion that generates top performance. Determining the absolutely right color tone, the optimum color formulation and, of course, the top quality of the various paint layers are the basis. Added to this is the skill of the painter, who plays a decisive role in perfecting the paintwork so that it is definitely indistinguishable from the original paintwork. Work is carried out on an area of 1200 m². There are 14 workstations for preparation, six with lifting platforms, two combination paint booths with separate dryers and a zone for masking. The high-end infrared drying system on rails ensures fast drying times, while underfloor heating also ensures optimum room temperatures. Every conceivable requirement for painting work is met here to achieve excellent results.
