Specialist for technical documentation (m/f/d) in plant construction
As a Technical Documentation Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for creating and updating technical plant documentation at our company site in Gechingen (Stuttgart / Calw).
What you can expect:
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our products, based on order-specific requirements/orders
- Preparation and maintenance of operating, operating and maintenance instructions for our customers
- Create document master in the system
- Internet research (for sub-suppliers, technical data sheets, standards and guidelines)
- Review of documents in accordance with norms/guidelines and quality standards
- Communication and cooperation with various departments, such as quotation and project management, to collect technical information and clarify details and requirements
- Organization of print editions
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training, ideally in the field of technical documentation or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in technical documentation in mechanical and plant engineering and therefore familiar with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Strong editorial and technical understanding of complex systems and their application
- Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English desirable
- Experience in working with ERP system
- High level of diligence and accuracy, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
