AI-REVOLUTION Robotic Painting in Action (Video)
The SEHON AI-REVOLUTION is an AI-enabled high-tech robotic painting system for body shops and paint shops. It is used for automated vehicle painting, for example in repair, component, partial painting and complete painting of individual vehicles. The system operates autonomously and requires no conventional teaching. A 9-axis robot ensures precise and flexible painting results. All common paint brands and modern paint systems can be used. Gun changeover is automatic. Existing spray guns and washing machines can also be used. Optionally, automatic guns with automatic cup changeover and cleaning station can be deployed. The latest additional feature is an automatic system for changing spray cups and cleaning spray guns. It has eight cup units for storing base coats and clear coats as well as cleaning cups. The robotics software enables scanning as well as data capture, real-time processing and implementation. The AI-powered robotics is a self-learning system that requires no programming. Software updates and upgrades are performed online. The system features integrated drying and modern energy-saving technology. The robotic painting system can be installed in a new paint shop, retrofitted into existing painting systems, or integrated into existing paint shops. All relevant safety and legal requirements are taken into account.
